Scope and Contents
This accession consists of Dr. Greenleaf's teaching and research material over a 35-year period (1945-80) with the Auburn School of Agriculture and Agricultural Experiment Station. The collection is arranged into 5 series:
Series I: (boxes 1-2) consists of Horticulture Research Files - a mixture of test results, correspondence, and articles on subjects relating to various plants. All material has been arranged alphabetically.
Series II: (box 3) consists of informational files covering various subjects related to agriculture, but not originating with Dr. Greenleaf.
Series III: (box 3) consists of departmental files including correspondence, annual reports submitted by Dr. Greenleaf, Office memoranda, and material dealing with the faculty.
Series IV: (box 4) consists of outlined lecture material from various horticulture classes taught by Dr. Greenleaf, as well as files on graduate students working under him.
Series V: (box 5) consists of three research notebooks used by Dr. Greenleaf in his experiments.
