This accession consists of several photographs of Lovell in uniform with his airplane (c.1916); his pilot's log book (1916-1926) which covers several domestic flights, plus training in gunnery, cross-country flight, night bombing, and parachutes; his acrobatic flying certificate; letters to his daughter (1954-1959); his obituary (1972); and his World War I pilot's card.
