This collection contains meeting minutes, membership lists, policies, constitutions and other records from the Auburn Chapter of the American Assciation of University Professors between the years 1947 and 1998. Also contains a large amount of information about Hanley Funderbunk's controversial presidency at Auburn University.

The records will be made availible for use by members of the Association and qualified researchers with the permission of the archivist and the President or the Executive Committee of the AAUP, Auburn Chapter.
Special permission for accession 95-98: Permission of Dr. David L. Martin for 30 years from date of donation or until his death, whichever comes later.
