Divided between arranged and loose items and filed alphabetically according to folder title. Some items originally arranged in notebooks and others loose. Loose items include charts, clippings, correspondence, membership applications, publications (heavily annotated) and working papers. The majority of the working papers were arranged and originally stored in looseleaf notebooks or folders and divided by family name. The notebooks contained rough notes, charts, photos, letters, publications, correspondence, clippings, and copies of wills and marriages relating to that particular ancestral line. All transferred to file folders in original order.
