This accession contains ADMA records, from scrapbooks arranged chronologically. It begins with a collection of newsletters and papers from the ADMA parent organization, the Hospital, Institution, and Education Food Service Society (HIEFSS), from 1962-1968. It also includes papers from the founding of the Alabama Chapter of the HIEFSS from 1967-1978, including HIEFSS general histories from 1960-1979, as well as ADMA papers from 1985-1989.
