This accession contains deeds of property in Georgia and Alabama (1806-1862), including Indian lands, public land sales (bearing Presidential signatures) and other properties; receipts, invoices and promissory note (1810-1888); slaves bills of sale (1811-1860); Civil War and Reconstruction items, including taxes in kins and presidential pardon.
