Scope and Contents
This accession is mostly of personal papers of P. O. Davis and his wife. It also contains cadet grade reports for Davis, letters, certificates, clippings, family information, many photographs taken during Davis' extension career, United Daughters of the Confederacy materials, and scrapbook pages relating to P. O. Davis.

Arrangement
This accession is arranged into two series.
Series I: Career and Family Documents and Photographs, contains a mix of materials from cadet grade reports for Davis to letters, certificates, clippings, family information, and many photographs taken during Davis' extension career.
Series II: United Daughters of the Confederacy and Miscellaneous, is principally materials relating to the United Daughters of the Confederacy and scrapbook pages relating to P. O. Davis.
Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
This accession is in mostly good condition with some aging for photos and mimeographed papers.
