This subseries has the donor stationed in Little Rock, Arkansas instead of Washington D.C. during the Clinton White House movement of Presidential materials, therefore it affected they types of records he kept during this time period. Bill Clinton was also a two-term president and had considerably more time to plan his future library and auxiliary components (Clinton Foundation, Clinton School of Public Service, and Clinton Office in NYC etc.)
