Auburn Pilot Club Records
Scope and Contents
The Auburn Pilot Club Collection consists of four document boxes. The first box contains the articles of incorporation and bylaws for the Auburn Pilot Club and yearbooks (programs) for the Auburn Club for the years 1950-1981 and 1985-1986. Also included are yearbooks from Piolet Clubs in other Alabama cities for various manuals, awards, and minutes from annual conventions and Fall Councils. Boxes three and four contain minutes of the Auburn Pilot Club for the years 1948-1968 and 1974-1983.

Biographical / Historical
The Pilot Club International was founded on 16 October 1921 in Bibb County, Georgia as an organization for business and professional women. It's object is to encourage a more thorough understanding among business women of the world, promote civic pride and an interest in any movement that tends to improve the moral, civic, and inustrial or commercial welfare of the community. Membership is limited to business and professional women of good character and high business or professional standards.
