Biographical / Historical
The Auburn Unitarian Universalist Fellowship was established in May 1961 in an attempt to form a more "liberal" church in Auburn. Services were initially held in the City Council meeting chamber and later moved to 450 E. Thatch Ave. The church was active in the Civil Rights Movement and remains a supporter of a number of human rights causes.
