Thomas Bottoms Phonograph Record Collection
Scope and Contents
This collection consists of 42 ten- and twelve-inch 78 RPM phonograph records of music and spoken-word recordings dating from the early 1900s. Several of the records are broken or cracked, and all of them are scratched from years of use.

Custodial History
This collection was received by the Archives in August 1980. It originally also included 11 photocopies of antebellum land deeds from Tallapoosa County (Ala.) (1859-1861), which were later removed and crossed out on the accession sheet. These materials may have been added to the Miscellaneous Collection, Series III, 'Tallapoosa County.'
