Biographical / Historical
Circle K International launched in 1936 with a service project carried out by the Kiwanis Club helping young men finance their college education. It became its own entity, Circle K, with an added community service component. The Alabama District of Circle K International got its start in 1954 at the University of Alabama. It has since grown to include over 300 members attending over 12 campuses across the state of Alabama.
