Scope and Contents
Accessions 19-073 and 19-074 contain physical (paper) and digitized transcripts dating from the 1940s through the 1990s. Transcripts were digitized by Databank (Monroe, Lousiana) and shipped back to Auburn University in 2019.

Conditions Governing Access
Closed. Access to Registrar Records is limited to Registrar's Office staff only. Exceptions include archival staff retrieval with Registrar's Office permission.
Biographical / Historical
The Office of the Registrar houses student transcripts, maintains records of degrees awarded and dates of enrollment, and collects grades for current students. In cases of poor academic performance, the Office of the Registrar issues warnings and suspension. It also handles academic appeals.
