This Collection contains two cassette tapes and transcipt papers of an interview conducted between Dr. Dwayne Cox, Head of the Auburn University Special Collections and Archives Department, and Dr. Taylor Littleton.

Biographical / Historical
Dr. Taylor Littleton, a veteran of the Korean War, began teaching at Auburn University in the late 1950s. In 1960, he became an assistant professor at A.U., and then became chair of the English Department in 1961. In 1872, then Auburn University President Dr. Philpott appointed Dr. Littleton Vice President of Academic Affairs, where he served for ten and a half years. Dr. Littleton continued his career at Auburn Univeristy as the Franklin Foundation professor. He passed away on March 23, 2023.
