Biographical / Historical
Andrew P. Hornsby Jr graduated from Auburn University College of Business in 1968. His long career in public service included time as head of Alabama's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, the Alabama Department of Human Resources, and Deputy State Finance Director of Alabama where he worked for over three decades.
