Biographical / Historical

William Hunt Eaton (b. 1887) was an Alabama Cooperative Extension Service agent, the secretary-treasurer of the Alabama Jersey Cattle Club, and a professor of Dairy Husbandry at Alabama Polytechnic Institute (now Auburn University) from 1920 to 1956 specializing in dairying.
