This collection consists of pamphlets on the Alabama Jersey Cattle Club, handwritten notes and photographs, as well as information, reminiscences, and anecdotes of Eaton and his career as a professor of Dairy Husbandry at Auburn University (A.P.I.) from 1920 to 1957.

Biographical / Historical
William Hunt Eaton (b. 1887) was an Alabama Cooperative Extension Service agent, the secretary-treasurer of the Alabama Jersey Cattle Club, and a professor of Dairy Husbandry at Alabama Polytechnic Institute (now Auburn University) from 1920 to 1956 specializing in dairying.
