Ledger Two – Civil War Conscription Ledger, size 14 ¾” x 9 ¼” with loose pages and detached front cardboard binding (fragile). First section has newspaper clippings of “Glimpses Into the past with my Grandfather’s Trunk” over the written list of soldiers (attached at top). Pages 187 through 236 in the ledger has handwritten paragraph excerpts of soldiers for war service in Dadeville - Tallapoosa County, Alabama. Back cardboard binding has a checkerboard layout.
