This accession contains the October 3, 1836 Conveyance of Trust Agreement between John H. Dent and Sampson W. Leith, James H. Morrison, and Malachi Ford. The agreement transferred control of the land and slaves inherited by Mary E. Morrison to John Horry Dent. Morrison and Dent married on December 30, 1835.
