EOA Steering Committee Task Forces, 2003

This accession includes materials documenting Dr. Wayne Flynt's work creating the Encyclopedia of Alabama. It includes detailed notes, agendas, and minutes which details the activities of the encyclopedia's steering committee, their fundraising campaign, and the daily operations. There is also a handbook, a grant proposal for the National Endowment for the Humanities, drafts of articles and possible authors for the encyclopedia, and research material on online encyclopedias.
