This series begins with correspondence from school children and includes Valentines Day cards from students at Seawell School, Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

The personal correspondence files include personal thank you cards and letters, personal letters, and birthday cards. In the 1988-89 file is a letter from storyteller Sarah Jane Jackett. Within each file, cards and letters are arranged chronologically.
