This accession contains papers, correspondence, fan letters, notes from publishers and Fannie Flagg, handwritten copies of speeches, as well as draft and manuscript copies of Burying Artie, which became This One and Magic Life, Murder Boogies with Elvis, and Murder Carries a Torch. It also contains research materials for George's unpublished works, "Mabel Taylor's Diary" and "Bull Connor" and a copy of GIant Sages of the Pen by Raecile Gwaltney Davis.
