Scope and Contents
This accession includes letters from Martin to his wife Mary A. E. Martin; letters written by Martin for R. A. Mizzles (probably Martin's brother-in-law and a soldier in Martin's regiment) to Mizzles' family; letters from Mrs. Joseph S. McGrouder, a nurse at the Confederate hospital in Richmond, to Mary A. E. Martin informing her of the death of Asa T. Martin and letters from relatives to Mary A. E. Martin.
