Elementary Stage Makeup Filmstrips by Comma Part I - Part IV (Duplicates of Part I and Part IV), 1961
Scope and Contents
This accession contains sixty-six commercially-produced filmstrips (also called “slide films”) used as visual aids for teaching drama and theater from around the 1950s through the 1980s, along with five audio cassettes used as auditory aids. They were produced by the Olesen Company and by Comma, which was often in association with Olesen. It also contains an educational box set containing two audio cassettes, a filmstrip, and booklets titled Art Work - Careers in the Arts - Drama Produced by the Chevron School Broadcast, which teaches about the innerworkings of the theater.
