This accession contains the science project reports and personal data of participants in the Gorgas Scholarship competition that occurred during the AAS's annual meeting. The scholarship is named after the Surgeon General William Crawford Gorgas (1854-1920) who conquered yellow fever. There is also some information about the Westinghouse Scholarship program.
