Consists of eight legal documents related to real estate transactions in Georgia and Alabama from 1886-1895. Acquisition record also ducments a newspaper, The True Union vol. 1 no. 27 (January 8, 1857) that is missing from the collection.

Biographical / Historical
Mrs. Barbour was a resident of West Point, Georgia, who saved deeds pertaining to family land transactions in Alabama and Georgia. Source also includes Mrs. Barbour's grandmother, Mrs. Jane Nunn, and her mother, Mary Tipton BRadford (born Aug 6, 1871 - died 1939) and father Courtney McKemie (born April 27, 1867 - died 1932).
