Biographical / Historical
Armistead Lilly Galloway (1838-1862) of Tallapoosa County was enlisted in the Confederate Army, Company E, 34th Alabama Infantry Regiment in April 1862. He married Eliza J. Breedlove Galloway, and they had two children. He died of an illness later in 1862 in Lauderdale, Mississippi.
