Series one, “Women’s Housing,” includes budget material, information on women’s housing and various dormitories, and one folder of material related to Hand et al. vs. Auburn University. This material comes from the Dean of Women, Women’s Dormitories, and Student Social Life departments and addresses women’s housing under the leadership of Dean Katharine Cooper Cater from the 1940s to the 1980s.
