Menus

This collection primarily consists of menus, photos, recipes, and other food and restaurant related ephemera, mostly from Alabama. Many of the items were collected from restaurants Patrick Cather visited and are annotated with his opinions of the experience. Other items were purchased as collectibles by Cather. Also included in the collection are a Kiwanis Club Scrapbook, World Baptist Alliance Scrapbook, and vintage Auburn University memorabilia.

This collection contains some of Gatchell's personal effects such as Christmas greeting cards, photographs, and a scrapbook.
