Accessions 19-073 and 19-074 contain physical (paper) and digitized transcripts dating from the 1940s through the 1990s. Transcripts were digitized by Databank (Monroe, Lousiana) and shipped back to Auburn University in 2019.

This collection contains the records of the Theater Department of Auburn University. The collection consists of programs, playbills, photographs, slides, posters, costume design drawings, scrapbooks, director's scripts and newspaper clippings relating to plays presented by the Auburn Players. Includes publicity material on departmental activities. It also includes educational filmstrips, cassettes, and a booklet.

Auburn Beautification Council Records
The Auburn Beautification Council Records consists of two record center boxes of materials. Included are the Council's constitution, minutes, membership records, bank statements, and other official records. The collections also contains records of ABC award winners and various projects undertaken by the organization from 1973-1984.
Auburn Bicentennial Committee Records
This collection contains tapes, posters, correspondence, forms and applications dealing with the bicentannial communities. The material dates from July 24, 1974 to February 6, 1976. The weaknesses of the collection is the lack of financial records and the lack of material after February 6, 1976. Notable correspondences include Congressman Bill Nichols and Senator Jim Allen. The collection contains a listing of purchasers of Auburn Bicentennial Medals.
Auburn Chamber Music Society Papers
This collection consists mostly of promotional materials related to the Auburn Chamber Music Society. This includes: programs, advertisements, press releases and other miscellaneous promotional materials. The collection also includes correspondence, concert agreements, and music sheets belonging to the Auburn Chamber Music Society.
